Yesterday while checking out at the grocery store a Tea Time magazine caught my eye. My granddaughter and I enjoy tea parties, so I purchased it in hopes of getting some new ideas. The photos of tea pots and beautiful cups and saucers prompted me to get out my china cup and saucer and brew myself a cup of tea. I sat on my back porch enjoying blueberry tea and read the articles about various kinds of tea, stories about England and the Queen and Jane Austen. Their recipe for Gingerbread Scones sounded good, so after supper I tried it. DELICIOUS! It has cocoa as well as ginger and molasses, so it has a unique flavor. They are even better today. HAPPY TEA TIME!
